Nevin R. Kirkland

Nevin R. Kirkland originally hails from San Diego, California, and was admitted to the bar in Oklahoma in 2003. Nevin is admitted to practice in a wide range of courts, including all Oklahoma state courts, the Chickasaw Nation and Choctaw Nation tribal courts, the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma (B.A. 1999) and Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D. 2003).  Nevin is a member of the Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, the OBA Insurance Law Section, and the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. His practice areas include Civil Trial, Insurance Coverage, Insurance Defense, Insurance Bad-Faith Litigation and Trial Practice, Construction Defects, Product Liability, and Appellate Practice.
