Mr. Kirkland's practice is devoted 100% to civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury, products liability, construction law, contractual disputes and insurance defense.
Mr. Kirkland served as a Member and an Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review from 2001-2003. Prior to law school, Mr. Kirkland served in the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve.

Mr. Kirkland is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
