Federal Jury Returns Verdict For Defendant
Greg Givens and Clint Whitworth successfully defended a wrongful death case in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. After three days of trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant, awarding the Plaintiff zero.
Jury Returns Verdict In Favor Of Firm's Client
David Cole and Nevin Kirkland successfully represented a land developer and his company against the City of Choctaw and certain of the City's officials. After a five-day trial in the District Court of Oklahoma County, the jury returned a verdict of $1.7 Million against the City of Choctaw for Inverse Condemnation and against the City Manager and Ward Four Councilman for fraud.
