Jury Returns Verdict In Favor Of Firm's Client
On November 30, 2007, David Cole and Nevin Kirkland successfully represented a land developer and his company against the City of Choctaw and certain of the City's officials. After a five-day trial in the District Court of Oklahoma County, the jury returned a verdict of $1.7 Million against the City of Choctaw for Inverse Condemnation and against the City Manager and Ward Four Councilman for fraud.
Federal Jury Returns Verdict For Defendant
On October 17, 2007, Greg Givens and Clint Whitworth successfully defended a wrongful death case in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. After three days of trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant, awarding the Plaintiff zero.
Latimer County Jury Sides With Defendant
On September 19, 2007, Mike Woodson successfully defended a personal injury case in Latimer County, Oklahoma. After two days of trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant, awarding the Plaintiff zero.
